To enable us to give the highest level of service to our clients, please note the following:-
APPOINTMENT TIMES
• All appointment times include setting up of the room and client changing time, before and after
treatment. Times shown are not actual treatment times.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
• We request 24 hours for cancellation otherwise a 50% of appointment cost will be charged.
• Clients arriving late, will only receive the balance of their appointment time, but will be charged
full price for the treatment booked.
DEPOSITS
• All bookings over 2 hours, we request a 50% deposit. (Which is refundable unless 24 hour
cancellation or non-attendance)
• Where 2+ friends are booked in together we request a 50% deposit. (Which is refundable
unless 24 hour cancellation or non-attendance)
• All consultations require a £20.00 booking fee, which is refundable against the cost of the last
treatment in a course, or if not suitable. (Unless 24 hour cancellation or non-attendance is given)
• Permanent make-up and teeth whitening require a £50 refundable deposit. (unless 24 hour
cancellation or non-attendance is given)
• We charge 50p for debit/credit cards or cheques under £10.00.
GIFT VOUCHERS
• Must be used within 12 months, we cannot extend vouchers past their validation date.
• Are non-redeemable for cash.
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Are non-redeemable against our Aesthetic clinic.
• Must be produced on arrival at the clinic as proof of purchase.
PRICES
• We reserve the right to increase our prices and discontinue treatments, as required without
notice.
MOBILE PHONES
• As a courtesy to other clients and maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please switch off your phone
before entering the clinic.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication
or suffering any kind of of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatment booked.

We offer courtesy calls or texting system as a reminder of your next appointment, this service is
complimentary and it is the clients responsibility to remember appointments booked.
